Contacting you back to prepare a mockup and, where relevant, a quote. Legal basis: your consent, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Recipients

Baptiste Giappesi only. Messages pass through Netlify (website and form host), acting as a processor. Your data is never sold.

Retention

Three years after our last exchange. After that, your data is deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing or withdraw consent by writing to contact@baptistegiappesi.fr. You may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Transfers outside the EU

Netlify is a US company. Transfers rely on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
